Presence before perfection.

I grew up in the south of Brazil, in a house filled with old family albums. Long before I understood photography, I understood what a photograph could keep: a gesture, a season, a person as they once were.

Today I work wherever a story takes me, moving between intimate portraits, editorial commissions and celebrations. My approach is intuitive and unhurried. I leave space for the unexpected—because that is almost always where the honest image lives.
